All level yogi’s are welcome to join classes in Ganesha Yoga Shala. In every class we practice the Ashtanga Yoga sequence, a fixed series of movements and postures. Duration of a typical practice is about 1,5 hours. What do you need to bring? Wear loose-fitting and/or stretching clothes. You can bring your own yoga mat, or borrow a mat from the Shala if youdon’t own one yet. Also small towels and water are provided at the Shala. |
