18 - 19 May 2013 "Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga" workshop
With AJAY KUMAR of Mysore, India at Ganesha Yoga Shala, Rawai, Phuket, Thailand.

17 - 18 December 2011 "Cultivating strength and openness"
Please join the Ganesha Yoga Shala in welcoming NICOLE GRIFFIN & ALISTAIR FRANCIS for this inspiring weekend of practice. Nicole is a gifted teacher with a fabulous sense of humor and a ten year history with various styles of yoga. This workshop will be a stimulating yet subtle vinyasa flow style. Additionally, Alistair is an ayurvedic practitioner who will be free to give consultations (by appointment) on Saturday and Sunday afternoons.

28 - 29 March 2009 "Open your Heart and Hips" workshop with Janet Allen
This workshop requires a relatively basic knowledge of the first half of the ashtanga primary series, (up to navasana.) However, the classes will be lead, during which time there will be personal instruction, also a short lecture, and question/answer period after class. Janet will also be sharing basic knowledge of beginning pranayama.

25 Oct - 1 Nov 2008 --- Yoga Intensive with Jonathan Cagas
Sign up for a 1-week Ashtanga Yoga Intensive with Jonathan Cagas, a well-known member of the Philippinean Team Yoga 2002. In this intensive, Jonathan intends to take you several steps further in your yoga practice, by motivating and helping you to remove obstacles using insights he has acquired through years of his own training and practice of Ashtanga Yoga, Pranayama and Philosophy.
